Custom-Fit vs Universal Covers

Universal covers are cheaper but rarely fit well. Ill-fitting covers flap in the wind, creating abrasion damage and allowing water and debris to get underneath. For any vessel you plan to keep long-term, a custom-fit cover pays for itself quickly.

Maintenance

Rinse your boat cover after each use in salt or dirty water. Store dry. Inspect annually and repair small tears promptly — PVC repair tape handles most minor damage easily.
